Interesting Wellington parade along Lambton Quay. I think this is a parade relating to the 1913 General Strike and riots. There is someone carrying a sign representing the Wharf Workers Band. The band is clearly not there but has a few oddball musicians behind the sign including a trumpet player wearing a German iron cross (has to be just before WWI). The card is 13.8cm x 8.7cm across. It is in poor condition also with pin holes, however it is still a fascinating and very historical postcard.
